Coronavirus, 'noncompliance' force some Florida bar owners to close for 2nd time

The Sunshine State has temporarily banned drinking at bars amid the coronavirus pandemic due to reports of some venues disregarding safety guidelines. As a result, some bar owners are forced to shut their doors for a second time.
